TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR STORE VENDORS
1.1 Welcome to Rushlane (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website and the services provided
therein.
1.2 By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or
application platform.
Vendor: Any business entity (e.g., restaurant, café, cloud kitchen, or food outlet) that registers with Rushlane.
Dashboard: An online system or interface used by the Vendor to manage digital operations including orders, menu, pricing, and customer data.
Onboarding: The process of setting up, verifying, and activating a Vendor’s presence on digital systems or platforms through Rushlane’s support
Submit Required Documents
Upload scanned copies of the following:
FSSAI License
GST Certificate
PAN Card
Bank Account Details
Shop License
Menu with pricing
Photographs of your restaurant, kitchen, dining area, and packaging
Rushlane’s team will verify your documents and details. This process typically takes 7–10 working days.
A Rushlane’s representative will visit your location to verify the information and sign a partnership agreement. Once verified and the agreement is signed, your restaurant will be listed on Rushlane, and you can start receiving orders.
- Rushlane charges a one-time fee of Rs. 1,299 during registration process which is non-refundable.
- Rushlane charges a commission of 10% on each product sold through our food delivery website.
- No additional charges will be applied beyond the 10% commission.
- Vendors are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about their products, including pricing, descriptions, and availability.
- Rushlane reserves the right to remove or modify listings that do not comply with our guidelines or policies.
Dashboard Management
You are responsible for managing your store dashboard (whether on your POS, app, or other system).
This includes keeping your menu, pricing, availability, and stock levels up to date.
Rushlane is not liable for lost orders or customer complaints caused by outdated information.
Stock & Menu Updates
You must ensure your listed items are available and accurately priced.
Stock should be updated daily (or as needed) to avoid cancelled or delayed orders.
Advertising and Promotions
You are responsible for running ads and promotions (digital or local).
We can support you with ad ideas or content, but the decision to run paid ads or offers is yours.
You agree to review any campaigns before launch and take full responsibility for customer response.
Quick Response
You agree to respond to Rushlane team messages or calls within a reasonable time.
You must approve or review changes like menu updates or ads when requested.
We only use your information to support your business.
We do not sell your data.
Your dashboard credentials are your responsibility — don’t share them without care.
- Vendors must promptly confirm and fulfill orders received through the Rushlane platform.
- Any issues with stock availability or order fulfillment must be communicated to Rushlane and the customer immediately.
- Payments for completed orders, minus the 10% commission, will be disbursed to vendors on a [Daily/ weekly/Monthly] basis. Our Finance team will disburse the amount between 6 Pm – 9 Pm on a daily basis.
- Vendors must provide accurate banking information for payment processing.
- Payments made online via the payment gateway will take up to 3 business days to complete.
- Vendors are expected to provide high-quality customer service and address any customer inquiries or issues promptly.
- Rushlane will mediate disputes between customers and vendors to ensure fair resolution.
- Vendors must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations regarding the sale and delivery of food products.
- Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all products sold through Rushlane meet health and safety standards.
- Rushlane reserves the right to suspend or terminate a vendor’s account for any violation of these terms and conditions or any behavior that may harm the reputation or operations of Rushlane.
- Vendors may terminate their participation on the platform by providing [30 days] written notice to Rushlane.
- Rushlane reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any significant changes.
- Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
By registering as a vendor on Rushlane, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
